The
project started for real on April the 6th.... though the first activity was
back in December 03...
tuesday the 16th of December.....the first signs of activity....test holes....

12th Apr..... Can you dig it...as I said..a lot more prep..but each day brings
it a little closer...

14th Apr..no update yesterday...today starting to see outlines and shapes..the
contractors are really on the ball...

15th April...wet...still more digging and more shapes appearing...

16th April...the rain was heavy for a time last night..I feared a swimming
pool this morning...but all is well....I know these pics are more or less
the same but each day progress is being made...and I want you to see as much
of the process as possible..

17th April...the drains go in...now it's more construction.... less destruction....so

19th April...despite more rain the low level drains are installed...today
the ground level bowl drains marked and excavated...

20th April... bowl drains completed..the better the drains the quicker the
park will dry when it rains...

21st April...bowl outline and lower level.....no problems so far.... great
progress...

22nd April...steel rebar..outline pegs and a couple of overviews....
Fri 23 April....more lower level layout...and a look back at what was before...
Every aspect of the build is important.... as components are being installed...The need to stay out increases....

24th April....spine outline and expansion joints....we should see some concrete
by next week....

26th April...Sunny day..a closer look at the membrane,expansion joints and
preparation for the steel reinforcement..

27th April.....drain collar and steel mesh.... an overview.....concrete any
day...and I think I've found Elvis....
Wed 28th April...the first concrete delivered.. poured and levelled by Barrys enormous roller..!! go on my son.....

29th April...large areas of "finished "concrete..These are the surfaces
you will eventually skate or ride..so remember please Stay
out...
Fri 30th April..the progress of the last month is clear to see..more sections and the last step outline...well done boys.. an outstanding months work.....
